Novamine is a proprietary, multi-agent AI system that seeks to collaborate with human innovators to resolve their most intractable R&D challenges by employing a unique set of agentic AIs, capability of true novelty that cannot be achieved with standard AI. Novamine operates under the strong ethical "human-in-the-loop" and "augment not replace" guidelines. How To Engage
1. Initial Invitiation Consultation & Mutual Assessment
Novmaine only accepts consultations by invitation from existing clients and affiliates. If you have a referal, or would like to make a case for consultation, please let us know below, or by email to apply@novamine.ai. Our first dialogue, usually video conference, under NDA if warranted, allows us to understand your objectives and mutually assess the potential for a high-impact collaboration.
2. Discovery Phase
An initial fee starts our Discovery Phase. We assimilate your problem data and deploy our system for analysis.
3. Redacted Solution Preview with Quotation
We then deliver a secure, redacted preview or high-level summary of the identified novel solution(s), designed to demonstrate full potential without full disclosure. A "what not how" paper. This is accompanied by a fixed quotation for the development and delivery of the full, unredacted solution outputs. While each project is bespoke, typical quotations for this stage reflect the value of the solution IP identified and are open to discussion. These values often fall well below a range appropriate for significant R&D advancements.
4. Comprehensive Output Delivery
Upon your acceptance of the quotation and preview, 50% of the solution fee is rendered, and we deliver the full, unredacted, detailed solution report or developed novel concepts for your in-depth review and application. The unique outputs generated by NovaMine AI in response to your specific problem statement, become your exclusive intellectual property upon full and final settlement of the agreed fees. Alternatively an exchange of IP percentage lease or ownership can be agreed instead.
5. Advanced Research & Development Support (Optional)
For requirements extending beyond primary outputs, we offer extended R&D services, including deeper analytical modelling, causal pathway mapping, or subsequent innovation cycles. New problem definitions require re-engagement of our process from Step 1.
